Hi, I’m Hannah! A soon-to-be MSW graduate (class of '25), certified personal trainer, and wellness coach with almost a decade of experience working in healthcare. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming, expensive, and just plain chaotic taking care of yourself can feel—and I’m here to help you cut through all that nonsense.
My coaching style is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that healing doesn’t have to be perfect or boring. I combine mental health and fitness support to help you feel better in your body and your mind—at a pace and price that actually makes sense.
We’ll set realistic goals, explore your options (because I’m big on choice), and probably share a few laughs along the way. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at, and we’ll work together to build something stronger—inside and out!
